I LOVE Compassion

It's really no surprise to anyone who has known me for more than a couple days just how much I love Compassion International. But I thought I would take some time today (Valentine's Day) to share some specific things about the ministry that I love, and also share lots and lots of links for you.


First and foremost,  I love my Compassion family, spread out all over the world.

Compassion has so many resources for us  ~ as sponsors and as advocates. It is really amazing how much information they are putting out there to keep us educated, inspired and encouraged.

The website for new sponsors I'd never heard of, and things I love about Compassion? Like you, my Compassion family would be first on the list. Also, how personal our kids' letters are, that they employ locals to translate them, that they have pages on sites like Facebook (this makes it easier to share their links with friends), and OurCompassion (the Bookworms group on there, and the child-centre pages are great).

I love Compassion too! I need to let my little boys play Quest for Compassion... I forgot about that.

I am so thankful for Compassion! God has truly blessed us through this organization that is changing the way we see the world!
