Book Giveaway - Too Small to Ignore

The first book I'll be giving away is one of the best I've ever read. In my opinion, this book is a must-read for anyone who ever interacts with a child (so basically for everyone!).

Written by Wess Stafford, the CEO of Compassion International, Too Small to Ignore is a wonderful book that stresses the importance of children in our world. In addition, this book gives us a look into the heart of the leader of this amazing ministry.

If you already have this book, but haven't taken the time to read it....please get it off your shelf today and begin. I was talking with a fairly new advocate recently and encouraged her to read this book. The next time we talked, she thanked me for urging her to read it. It's that good, people....the kind of book you can (and possibly should) read over and over.

I would love to get this into someone's hands who doesn't already have it. I try to always have extras so I can pass them on. If you have the book already, but know someone who might benefit from reading it, please enter.

To enter the giveaway:
  • leave a comment telling us where your sponsored child lives
  • tweet this giveaway
  • blog about the giveaway and link back to this post
  • post this giveaway on your facebook page
Please leave a separate comment for each entry. I will announce a winner Tuesday at noon (EST). Be sure to check in Tuesday morning for the next book to be given away.

**Let's remember to pray for the bloggers who are in the Philippines this week with Compassion. Pray for extra strength and energy as they begin to experience the ministry of Compassion in the Philippines.

  12. YOU sent me this book! Thanks, friend! I will still tell about your drawing and tweet about your blog. Our little boy is from Indonesia... and our correspondent girl is from Ethiopia. We are praying about sponsoring another as we may end a sponsorship with another organization. :( Seriously thinking of choosing one from the Philippines. We KNOW several that were with the choir... and God continues to bring flipiano ppl into our life. But... thinking of also Tanzania. Mandi sponsors from Tanzania... and she receives updated pics and letters all the time... plus Africa seems so much more poverty striken. My heart is pulled. Thought about asking for a correspondent child from the Philippines... and then sponsoring from Tanzania. See.. I am rambling...

Have missed being here... and our "talks" we have had VBS this week. I taught 1-2nd grade girls. Biggest class... one night I had 17!

    Much love,
    Teena
