The past couple days as I've walked through certain stores, I've seen the beginnings of Christmas merchandise displays. It's not even October, and yet Christmas will be here before we know it. When it comes to sending our Compassion kids Christmas cards, letters and/or other goodies, time is of the essence. Because it takes a while for a letter to be translated and delivered, we need to get our cards out sooner rather than later.
And while you are at it, consider writing out a few extra cards for some unsponsored children. Christmas is the only time of the year we get to bless the unsponsored children with words of love and encouragement.
Be sure to clearly label your Christmas cards for your sponsored kids with their names and numbers, as well as your name and sponsor number. You can send those cards to the same place you send all your regular correspondence.
