Compassion Mobile Experience

COMPASSION MOBILE EXPERIENCE
Change the Story

The Compassion Mobile Experience - or Change the Story exhibit - is traveling the country (US) and bringing the sights and sounds of poverty to you. When you enter the mobile experience, you have the option of experiencing one of three different stories. You are given an ipod and as you go through the display, you learn about the child's life, community and how Compassion changed their story.

It is an amazing exhibit and an experience you don't want to miss!

Here's a short video giving you a better idea of what the experience looks like....

So glad you got to go see it. Did you take your boys? I'm the only one in my family that has seen it. I traveled to Montana this summer to see it!!

Or at least it could have come to OR while you were here... It's still not scheduled to come to the Pacific NW anytime soon. : (

That's so cool! I hope that someday it comes near me!! It's come sort of "around" me, but a 5+ hour trip to see it with a one-year-old and while pregnant sounds too daunting. Maybe someday it'll come closer than 5 hours away :)

No excuses Hannah...I live in Oregon but flew to Montana to see it! Of course, I was also presenting a session at the Compassion event there. : )

It is so awesome! Everyone needs to go! I got to volunteer for 13 hrs when it came here early last month. I wish I could have been there the whole time! The employees are great and the Advocates are so awesome too :) But it's so cool to also see the people be changed by it. I know that at least a couple kids (around 10 y/o or so) were very impacted about it. Perhaps the Compassion Mobile opened their hearts to something they never knew about before. Yes, I LOVE the Compassion Mobile! (and I may tell everyone that I know who is going to it near them to tell them to come back to WNY!)
