Why don't you write a letter to your little one and tell them that if they are a child of God, then they are a prince or princess! I think this is a message even the older kids would like to hear. You can emphasize the traits a good prince or princess would exhibit. You can talk about how David was chosen to become king when he was young (likely late teens). Or how Esther was likely still a teen when she became queen. Or even how Mary, the mother of Jesus - the King of Kings - was likely a teen.

Not only does the Bible tell us that David was a "man after God's own heart", but God fulfilled his promise to send a saviour through the family line of David. That's right - Jesus, the King of kings - was a descendent of David. When you read the story of David in the Bible, it's easy to see that David was courageous, brave and willing to let God use her. I pray that you,too, will let God use your life for His plan.
