In this month's round of letters I wrote about my church. I've had several of my Compassion kids ask to know more about my church and this was a great opportunity to tell them all.
I took a couple photos (one of the outside and one of the inside) and included them on the back of my letter. I have to say I was very thankful for our small, humble building!I wrote about how I am involved - about our upcoming VBS (and I explained a little what VBS is and told them it's probably very similar to what they experience at the Compassion project) - about the letter writing gathering we have each month to write to our Compassion kids - and about our women's Bible study.
It was a very fun letter to write and I can't wait to hear what the kids say. I also asked them to write back and tell me more about their church.
