Fighting Famine With Innovation

Compassion sent this video to me because we sponsor a child at KE 200 where this project was filmed. What a gift it is to see how Compassion is making a difference in the community.

We have a long standing connection to this particular Compassion project and community. KE 200 is where our Dominic Muchangi attended for the 12 years we sponsored him. When he graduated a couple years ago, we sponsored Jackson Mwaniki from the same project so we could continue our relationship with this community (and keep a connection in case we are ever able to visit).

I love this! I'm at grad school right now, earning my master's in International Community Development, and this is the exact sort of thing we're learning about and hoping to one day produce ourselves.

I loved the video!!! I just absolutely love hearing stories like these and seeing how Compassion churches work alongside the members and parents of the kids to help the community. That's so neat that you're getting your master's in that, Crystal!
