Week 22 Meekness: Pray that _________will be kind and gentle to others even when unfair treatment may be exhibited toward this child. Pray especially that friendships at school and in the community will grow strong as this child develops a Christ-like attitude.

We must remember that meekness does not equal weakness. It is actually defined as patient and mild; not inclined to anger (
yourdictionary.com). Jesus was meek, and as Christians we are to pursue lives that imitate Christ. Let us pray for meekness ~ for ourselves, for our family members and for our sponsored children.
