Also, I will give away my secret of how I get my hands on so many copies.... Paperback swap. If you haven't heard of this on line service, you can register and list books of your own you no longer want. When someone requests one of your books, you mail it to them and then get "credit" which you can use to order your own book. Almost always, there is a copy of Too Small to Ignore posted. And if one is not available, put it on your wish list and soon you will be able to order it. I just checked and there is a paperback copy available right now.
